Vladimir Vinogradov
Vladimir Vinogradov is currently in charge of MTS Group Department for Strategic Projects. His area of responsibility covers strategic planning, triggering and implementation of strategic and cross-functional projects.
Vladimir joined MTS OJSC at the beginning of 2005. During his four year career in MTS Vladimir held positions in the Strategy area as well as in Regional Management. He participated in various substantial projects including re-branding, integration of the subsidiaries, mobile retail development, strategic partnership and M&A activities. Prior to MTS Vladimir experienced several managerial positions in marketing, marketing research and business analyses areas.
Vladimir Vinogradov graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with a Master Degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics.
