Members steer, and participate in, the work of the GSMA through specialist committees and groups.
The GSMA’s Strategy Committee, the Products and Services Management Committee and the Public Policy Committee initiate projects, which are approved through a toll gating process in line with the overall direction set by the Board. These projects are reviewed and refreshed regularly to ensure they remain in line with the GSMA’s strategic objectives.
