Four main elements comprised the solution: the wind turbine, solar panels, support batteries and the control cabinet.

The GSMA Project Manager coordinated the solution delivery and build in country, whilst Motorola provided the site engineers to erect the wind turbine and solar panels, and monitor the power output.
