Bringing connectivity to these developing markets bridges the digital divide, helping move rural communities into independence by providing a wealth of opportunities for individual and community development. The benefits are enormous and plentiful; amongst others, enabling people to complete eGovernment forms, search and apply for jobs and check commodity prices online. In turn there is significant potential for operators and entrepreneurs to develop a profitable business model that brings web connection often for the first time.
Objectives
- Help bring social and economic development to local communities, whilst remaining a profitable enterprise for all stakeholders that can grow organically and without outside financial assistance

- Not limit the solution to one answer, but encourage the development of numerous solutions that each respond to specific market requirements
