Science Milestones 2008

Q2 2008	Subject to publication of INTERPHONE combined results ICNIRP produces draft updated reviews of physics, biology and epidemiology for use by the WHO.
Q1 2008 - 2009	Publication of a series of papers reporting INTERPHONE combined 13 country data.
Q3 2008	Start of preparation of WHO Environmental Health Criteria (EHC) for radiofrequency fields
Q4 2008	ICNIRP finalise update to their ELF guidelines

Science Milestones 2009+

Q1 2009	In February 2009 the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) decides on the subject for Monograph volume 101.
Q1 2010	Subject to February 2009 decision on Monograph Volume 101, International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) working group meeting to classify RF/portable phones.
Q2 2010	Subject to completion of International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) process, meeting of WHO Environmental Health Criteria (EHC) Task Group meeting for radiofrequency fields to finalise recommendations.
Q2 2010 - Q1 2011	Subject to February 2009 decision on Monograph Volume 101, If RF is selected in Q3/2008 as the subject of International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) Monograph volume 101 then publication of full monograph expected.
Q2 2011	Publication of WHO Environmental Health Criteria (EHC) for radiofrequency fields.
Q3 2011+	Subject to completion of IARC and WHO processes the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) commences a formal review and update of RF exposure guidelines.
