Packet Voice Interworking for Mobile Service Providers
The latest PVI White Paper from the GSMA identifies a number of key commercial and technical issues that can arise concerning interconnection when fixed and mobile network service providers introduce all-IP core networks. It then provides suggested solutions to the issues raised; has a number of recommendations for the next steps and the roadmap to achieve such solutions and it addresses the issue of a standard protocol for interworking for IP based voice.

Guidelines for IPv4 Addressing and AS Numbering for GRX/IPX Network Infrastructure and User Terminals

IPX White Paper
