Become a Licensee

Becoming a Licensee

There are three categories to support the broad Mobile Broadband ecosystem.

Devices License For device manufacturers wanting to apply the service mark to specific qualifying product
Services License For mobile operators wanting to apply the service mark to specific qualifying product and services. Under the terms of this License mobile operators can pass artwork on to their chosen OEM suppliers.
Promoter License For technology providers, retailers, OEM resellers and service companies to support and promote the Mobile Broadband service mark in a generic sense. A Promoter may not associate a particular device with the service mark.

Companies wanting to use the service mark need to sign the appropriate Mobile Broadband service mark Licensing Agreement. All devices to be associated with the service mark (for Devices and Services Licenses) must meet the compliance requirements laid out.
