At the 3GSM 2006 World Congress in Barcelona Chief Executives from six of the world's leading mobile operators voiced their support for Personal Instant Messaging.

They were united in their commitment to this new mobile IM service that adheres to the core GSM principles of ease-of-use, security, reliability, interoperability and initiating party pays.
